スウェーデン国立図書館など、OAに対するIFLAの立場の明確化を要求

スウェーデン国立図書館とルンド大学、オランダ国立図書館は、国際図書館連盟（IFLA)第76回総会（8月10-15日、スウェーデン・イェーテボリ開催）の場で、ベルリン宣言"Berlin Declaration on Open Access to Knowledge in the Sciences and Humanities"の採択を始め、オープンアクセス（OA）に対するIFLAの立場を明確にするよう求めた決議案"Draft resolution for the IFLA General Assembly, Saturday August 14th, 2010"（PDF 2ページ）を提示した。
